- Description: Mart Tornado high performance spray washer. The Mart system features a 60 inch 6,000 pound turntable with a 48 inch vertical clearance. The system features dual pumps (55 HP total) with a flow performance of 356 gallons per minute at 187 PSI. Other system features include a 6,000 pound jib crane (with Yale electric hoist), a vertical oscillating non-synchronous manifold, natural gas heat, eductor pump and circulation system, hand held rinse, steam exhaust, turntable tie-downs, and 460 volt operation. Both pumps have been rebuilt within the past 6 months. Washer has been well maintained by a top notch maintenance department and is in very good condition. Washer is 10 to 12 years old and still in operation (through approximately June 8th). Machine is being sold as the previous owner upgraded to a larger system. - Description: ADF Model 200 stainless steel two stage top loading parts washer. This 42 inch turntable all stainless steel (wetted) system features a 5 horsepower Gusher cast iron wash pump and 2 horsepower G & L high pressure stainless steel rinse stage pump. The system features an 18 inch vertical clearance and 15 kW's of electric immersion heat in the wash stage. Lid operation is facilitated with dual pneumatic cylinders. Unit was in service a short time before owner eliminated this process. The washer has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse for a few years and appears to be in very good condition. - Description: Crest ultrasonic components include a 1,000 watt Crest push-pull style ultrasonic transducer complete with a Martin Walter 1,000 watt, 40 KHz ultrasonic generator. The system also includes a Square "D" 2 KVA 460 to 230 volt 3 phase transformer. All components were purchased new in 2000 and never used. Purchase cost, in 2000, for the ultrasonic components only was $4,194.00.(transformer and enclosures add an additional $600.00 minimum) The generator and transformer are installed in individual Hoffman NEMA 12 sealed control enclosures. System should be totally functional, but never utilized. All components, except some cables, should be present.
